注射成型工艺：
1）模具温度：60-80℃
2）筒体温度：前部：220-260℃中部：290-310℃后部：300-320℃，喷嘴：290~300℃
<3）注射压力：60~70Mpa 4）注射速度：中速
<5）注射时间：根据零件尺寸确定，最好用零件填充模具，表面基本冷却成型
叶轮、叶片、齿轮、偏心轮、轴承、离合器和耐磨零件可在pps机械中心制造

PPS plastic (polyphenylene sulfide) is a thermoplastic special engineering plastic with excellent comprehensive performance. Its outstanding characteristics are high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance and superior mechanical properties.
Injection molding process:
1) Mold temperature: 60-80 ℃
2) Barrel temperature: front section: 220 ~ 260 ℃ middle section: 290 ~ 310 ℃ rear section: 300 ~ 320 ℃, nozzle: 290 ~ 300 ℃
3) Injection pressure: 60 ~ 70Mpa 4) Injection speed: medium speed
5) Injection time: determined according to the size of the part, it is better to fill the mold with the part, and the surface is basically cooled and shaped.
The application of pps is centered on its excellent heat resistance, taking into account its friction reducing self-lubrication, chemical stability, dimensional stability, flame retardancy and electrical insulation.
