产品细节

聚甲醛的特点：

（1）聚甲醛在加工前无需干燥，最好在预热过程中（80℃左右），产品尺寸稳定性好
　　（2） POM加工温度很窄（0~215℃），稍长一点在桶内或温度超过220℃时会分解，产生刺激性甲醛气体
　　（3） POM材料的注射成型压力应更大（与注射压力相似），以减少压降。螺杆转速不宜过高，残留量要少
　　（4） POM制品收缩率大，容易产生收缩或变形。POM比热，模具温度高（80~100℃），产品脱模时非常热，需要防止烫伤手指
　　（5） POM应在“中压、中速、低料温、高模温”的条件下成型加工，精密制品成型需要控制模温
　　（6） 具有较高的机械强度和刚度
　　（7） 最高疲劳强度

Product Details

Features of POM:

(1) POM can be processed without drying before, preferably in the process of preheating (80 ℃ or so), the stability of the product size is good.
　　(2) POM processing temperature is very narrow (0 ~ 215 ℃), a little longer in the barrel or the temperature exceeds 220 ℃ will be decomposed, resulting in irritating formaldehyde gas.
　　(3) POM material injection molding pressure should be larger (and injection pressure is similar) to reduce the pressure drop. Screw speed should not be too high, the amount of residue to be less;
　　(4) POM products shrinkage rate is large, easy to produce shrinkage or deformation. POM specific heat, high mold temperature (80 ~ 100 ℃), the product is very hot when demolded, need to prevent burns to fingers.
　　(5) POM should be in the “medium pressure, medium speed, low material temperature, higher mold temperature” under the conditions of molding processing, precision products molding need to control the mold temperature
　　(6) With high mechanical strength and rigidity
