Main features

1. Has the best high temperature resistance and dimensional stability, as well as chemical resistance, flame resistance, electrical properties, high strength, high rigidity, etc. Not only high mechanical performance, but also excellent heat resistance and chemical stability (continuous use temperature of about 170 ℃), as well as high dimensional stability and creep strength. It has high strength, high rigidity, abrasion resistance and dimensional stability at high temperatures. Without any additives, it has inherent flame retardancy and low smoke, an oxygen index of 47%, and a combustion rating of UL94-V-0.

2. The density of PEI board is 1.28 ~ 1.42g / cm3, the glass transition temperature is 215 ℃, the heat distortion temperature is 198 ~ 208 ℃, it can be used for a long time at 160 ~ 170 ℃, and the maximum allowable intermittent use temperature is 200 ℃. PEI has excellent mechanical strength, electrical insulation properties, radiation resistance, high and low temperature resistance, fatigue resistance and molding processability; adding glass fibers, carbon fibers or other fillers can achieve enhanced modification purposes. Torsional strength makes it a cheap alternative to small steel cutting parts.
