典型PC板挤出条件:
机器温度260、280、300℃,机头温度2801C,压延辊温度:上辊121-135℃,中辊129-139℃,下辊132-150℃,螺杆转速12-24 rpm,过滤组40/60/100目
其他:PC可与ABS混合以提高冲击强度。当ABS添加量为50%时,增加幅度最大。当ABS含量太小时,例如3%,冲击强度反而会降低
PC可以与HDPE混合。当HDPE含量为30%时,共混效果更好,可以提高冲击强度,改善加工流动性,易于填充模具。LDPE的共赢效应非常差,并且由于分层而无法使用
