聚甲醛的性能特征

具有紧密分子顺序的极性结晶聚合物

均聚POM：熔点175~183℃，结晶75~85%，拉伸强度70MPa，断裂伸长率40%，成型收缩率2.0~2.5%

共聚聚甲醛：熔点160~165℃，结晶70~75%，拉伸强度62MPa，断裂伸长率60%，成型收缩率2.5~3.0%

其热变形温度较高：连续使用温度约为100°C，但热稳定性较差，需要通过添加热稳定剂、抗氧化剂、甲醛吸收剂等进行改性（热变形属于物理范畴，热稳定性属于化学范畴）

良好的耐低温性：玻璃化转变温度为-40~60℃，取决于分子量

优异的抗蠕变性能：在室温和21MPa载荷条件下，3000小时后，蠕变值仅为2.3%

良好的抗疲劳性：当交替次数达到107次时，疲劳强度保持在35MPa

耐磨性好：摩擦系数仅为0.21，低于PA，具有自润滑效果，工作噪音低

优异的绝缘性能：即使在高温高湿环境下也能保持良好的耐电弧性能

良好的耐油性：对油脂和有机溶剂有很高的抵抗力

吸水率低：不超过0.3%，水分对成型过程影响不大，无需预干燥

The performance characteristics of polyoxymethylene

Polar crystalline polymer with tight molecular order.

Homopolymeric POM: melting point 175~183℃, crystallization 75~85%, tensile strength 70MPa, elongation at break: 40%, molding shrinkage 2.0~2.5%.

Copolymerized POM: melting point 160~165℃, crystallization 70~75%, tensile strength 62MPa, elongation at break: 60%, molding shrinkage 2.5~3.0%.

It has a high heat distortion temperature: the continuous use temperature is around 100 °C, but the thermal stability is poor, and it needs to be modified by adding heat stabilizers, antioxidants, formaldehyde absorbents, etc. (Thermal deformation is a physical category, and thermal stability is a chemical category).

Good low temperature resistance: the glass transition temperature is -40~60℃, depending on the molecular weight.

Excellent creep resistance: under the condition of room temperature and 21MPa load, after 3000 hours, the creep value is only 2.3%.

Good fatigue resistance: the fatigue strength remains at 35MPa when the number of alternations reaches 107.

Good wear resistance: the friction factor is only 0.21, which is lower than PA, with self-lubricating effect and low working noise.

Excellent insulation performance: It can maintain good arc resistance even under high temperature and high humidity environment.

Good oil resistance: high resistance to grease and organic solvents.

Low water absorption: no more than 0.3%, moisture has little effect on molding process, no need for pre-drying.
