材料特性：

1。符合RoHS安全标准，十大重金属含量低于1000PPM。含20%GF的PBT基材，弯曲模量（23°C）：6100Mpa，弯曲应力：160MPa。电气特性、相对泄漏指数：375VIEC 60112 PLC等级2级。热变形温度（0.45Mpa）：220°C ISO 75-2/B，维卡软化温度：205°C。PBT基材为结晶材料，熔体体积指数（260°C/2.16kg）35cm³/10min，适用于薄壁成型。注射成型温度：250~270°C

Basic requirements:

1. Good mechanical properties – high modulus

2. Good electrical properties – leakage index

3. Good heat resistance stability – long term use heat deformation

4. Good flowability for thin wall molding

5. Suitable for injection molding

Material characteristics:
