Polyamide 4T (Nylon 4T) material contains 30% glass fiber reinforced material. The main features are: good color stability/phosphorus content, low (to no)/halogen-free/flame retardant.
Physical properties: density 1.46, shrinkage rate 0.3-1.2%, water absorption rate 1.6%, simply supported beam unnotched impact strength 23℃ impact strength 50, heat deformation temperature 305℃, melting temperature 325℃, volume resistivity 1.0E+15ohm.cm , Tracking index 600V, flame retardant grade: 0.200 mm V-0, 1.50 mm V-0, processing melt temperature 330-340℃.
Processing parameters:
Drying temperature 100 °C
Drying time 4.0 to 8.0 hr
Temperature at the rear of the barrel 320 to 330 °C
Temperature in the middle of the barrel 325 to 335 °C
Temperature at the front of the barrel 330 to 335 °C
Nozzle temperature 330 to 335 °C
