PA12 special material for hand, wear-resistant, smooth surface, impact resistance, special luster.

PA12 process:

Drying treatment: Ensure that the moisture content is below 0.1% before processing. If the material is stored in the air, it is recommended to dehumidify and dry at 80C for 4 to 8 hours. If the material is stored in a closed container, it can be used directly after 3 hours of temperature equilibrium.

Melting temperature: 240~300℃; do not exceed 310℃ for materials with common characteristics, and 270℃ for materials with flame-retardant characteristics.
