工艺条件
干燥处理：加工前湿度应低于0.1%。如果材料暴露在空气中，建议在85°C的热空气中干燥4~5小时。如果材料储存在封闭容器中，则在温度平衡3小时后，可以直接使用
熔化温度：240~300℃；对于普通材料，温度不得超过310℃，对于具有阻燃性能的材料，温度不得超过270℃。阻燃材料的温度不得超过270℃

PA12risin material nylon12
PA12 nylon 12 elastomer has excellent noise and vibration damping, a low coefficient of sliding friction against steel, POM, PBT and other materials under dry operating conditions, excellent wear resistance and high volumetric stability. Because of these properties, the product is particularly suitable for silent gears of DVD, CD, MD, VCR, portable video camera, digital camera, printer and VCR, etc.
Performance characteristics: good dimensional stability, good flexibility, good chemical resistance, good abrasion resistance, good toughness, poor moisture absorption.
Process conditions
Drying treatment: The humidity should be below 0.1% before processing. If the material is exposed to air storage, it is recommended to dry in hot air at 85°C for 4~5 hours. If the material is stored in a closed container, then after 3 hours of temperature equilibrium, it is can be used directly.
Melting temperature: 240~300°C; do not exceed 310°C for common materials and 270°C for materials with flame retardant properties. Do not exceed 270°C for flame retardant materials.
High injection speed allows for good molding.
