Glass fiber reinforced polycarbonate has metal-like properties and can replace copper, zinc, aluminum and other die castings. Polycarbonate can be subjected to techniques such as injection molding, extrusion molding, blow molding, rotational molding, vacuum forming, and solvent casting membranes. Parts can also be machined, punched at room temperature, sawed and welded and bonded. Injection molding of polycarbonate resin is generally carried out with a screw injection machine. Barrel temperature: 250~320℃, injection pressure: 50~80MPa, mold temperature: 85~120℃, screw speed: 40~60 times/min, heat treatment of finished product: first bake in an oven at 100~105℃ for 10 minutes , and then bake at 120 ~ 125 ℃ for 30 minutes, and then naturally cool to room temperature.
