ABS FR v0 particles
ABS is a flammable material. Plastic ABS is non-toxic and tasteless, and its appearance is ivory translucent, or transparent particles or powder. Density is 1.05~1.18g/cm3, shrinkage rate is 0.4%~0.9%, elastic modulus value is 2Gpa, Poisson’s ratio value is 0.394, moisture absorption <1%, melting temperature 217~237℃, thermal decomposition temperature>250 ℃.
Adding various flame retardant additives to ordinary ABS can produce flame retardant ABS particles.
Flame-retardant ABS has excellent flame retardancy and good processability, and is mainly used to manufacture electronic and electrical products that require flame retardancy and good mechanical strength, such as TV casings, radomes, etc.
