　　3.良好的韧性、抗冲击性、优异的耐磨性、良好的尺寸稳定性，但塑料的弯曲强度和压缩强度较差。机械性能受温度的影响

　　4.在-40℃下仍能表现出一定的韧性，退火处理后热变形温度可提高10℃

　　5.电气绝缘良好；不受水、无机盐、碱和各种酸的影响，耐候性差；易燃

ABS plastic is a material used in electronic appliances and building materials, such as washing machines, TV sets, refrigerators, computers, copiers and many other electronic appliances that children like to play with, such as Lego toys, desks, game tables and slides, and most parts of cars are made of ABS plastic.

　　ABS material is accurately divided into ABS resin and ABS plastic. ABS plastic is the finished product of ABS resin, which is a general term for an impact-resistant thermoplastic resin consisting of three components: acrylonitrile, butadiene, and styrene, known as Acrylonitrile-Butadiene Styrene (ABS).

ABS plastic main characteristics.

　　1. acrylonitrile (ACRYLONITRILE) to provide chemical resistance, surface hardness, butadiene (BUTADIENE) to provide rubber toughness, impact resistance, styrene (STYRENE) to provide surface gloss and easy processing.

　　2. good combination with other materials, easy surface printing, coating, plating treatment.

　　3. good toughness, impact resistance, excellent wear resistance, good dimensional stability, but the bending strength and compression strength of the plastic is poor. Mechanical properties are affected by the temperature.

　　4. can still show a certain toughness at -40℃, and the heat deflection temperature can be increased by 10℃ after annealing treatment.

　　5. Electrical insulation is good; not affected by water, inorganic salts, alkalis and a variety of acids, poor weather resistance; flammable.
