ABS resin for 3D printing
The full name of ABS is made of ABS plastic. ABS plastic is a terpolymer of acrylonitrile (A)-butadiene (B)-styrene (S). ABS is called acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer. A thermoplastic polymer material with high strength, good toughness, and easy processing and forming. It combines the properties of three components, among which acrylonitrile has high hardness and strength, heat resistance and corrosion resistance; butadiene has impact resistance and toughness; styrene has high surface gloss, easy coloring and Ease of processing. Therefore, it is a common 3d printing consumable with a wide range of uses.
ABS is currently one of the most versatile materials used for 3D printing. ABS comes in the form of filaments wound on a spool.
