30% Glass/Mineral Filled PBT
30% Glass/Mineral Filled PBT is a high flow, 30% glass/mineral filled polybutylene terephthalate (PBT) with improved warp resistance and surface smoothness.
The Chinese name of PBT is polybutylene terephthalate, abbreviated as saturated polyester. It is a high crystalline thermoplastic.
30% Glass/Mineral Filled PBT Advantage:
1. The mechanical properties of diazepam are similar to tensile modulus and nylon;
2. The friction coefficient is small and has self lubrication;
3. The water absorption rate is low;
4. Good electrical properties;

Features: PBT is milky white, translucent to opaque, crystalline thermoplastic polyester.
It has high heat resistance, toughness, fatigue resistance, self-lubricating, low friction coefficient, low weatherability and water absorption rate, which is only 0.1%. In humid environment, it still maintains various physical properties (including electrical properties), electrical insulation, but high dielectric loss.
It is resistant to hot water, alkali, acid and oil, but it is easy to be eroded by halogenated hydrocarbon and has poor hydrolysis resistance. It can crystallize rapidly at low temperature and has good formability.
PBT has high crystallization speed, and the most suitable processing method is injection molding. Other methods include extrusion, blow molding, coating and various secondary processing. Pre drying is required before molding, and the moisture content should be reduced to 0.02%.
PBT (reinforced and modified PBT) is mainly used in automobile, electronic appliances, industrial machinery, polymer alloy and blending industry.
