基本要求：

1。与饮用水直接接触符合FDA认证标准

2、优异的机械强度、高强度

3、良好的耐热稳定性

4、良好的耐化学性，如清洁剂、食用油等。

5、良好的尺寸稳定性，抗蠕变

6、注塑

材料特性：

1、食品级规格，获得饮用水接触许可

2、加入40%GF，拉伸模量：15400MPa ISO 527-2，弯曲模量：14700MPa

3，热偏转温度（1.8Mpa）：297°C ISO 75-2/Af，适用于高温水、油应用

4，PPA的高芳香环结构，能抵抗化学清洗剂和食用油等。

5，吸水率低，水解稳定性好，适用于咖啡机和烤箱等家用产品

注塑温度：340~360℃。

PPA plastic has a heat deflection temperature of up to 300°C or more and a continuous use temperature of up to 170°C. It can meet the required thermal performance for both short-term use and long-term use. It can maintain its superior mechanical properties-strength, hardness, fatigue resistance and creep resistance-over a wide temperature range and in a high humidity environment.PPA material is increasingly used as a representative of high temperature resistant nylon materials in kitchenware products, and other parts that are in direct contact with hot water are in compliance with the hot water contact certification for drinking water.

1. Direct contact with drinking water in accordance with FDA certification standards
