1、 Drying of raw materials

1. Drying of raw materials: the temperature of ordinary drying oven is 110-130, the time is 2-4 hours, the temperature of top hopper drying oven is 100-120, and the moisture content is required to be less than 0.03%.

2. Judge whether the water content is qualified or not: look at the injection strip situation, and the material flowing out from the nozzle after plasticizing should be uniform and colorless, without silver wire and bubble; otherwise, it is incomplete drying.

2、 Injection process

1. Adjust the injection molding parameters according to the molecular weight of the injection molding machine

Barrel temperature: 250-310 in the front, 240-280 in the middle and 230-250 in the rear.

Nozzle temperature: 10 lower than rear.

Mold temperature: 70-120.

Injection pressure: 70-140mpa.

Screw speed: 30-120r / min.

Molding cycle: injection 1-25 s, cooling 5-40 s.
