聚酰亚胺，简称PI，是第一种作为耐高温、高强度塑料出现的特殊工程塑料。在耐热工程塑料中占有极其重要的地位

材料性能：

1、优异的机械性能，高的抗拉强度、抗蠕变、耐磨性也非常好

2，耐热性好，长期使用温度在200℃以上。耐低温性也非常突出，在-269℃低温下也能保持机械强度

3，为阻燃聚合物，燃烧烟密度低，有毒气体含量小

4，耐辐射性能优异，耐电晕性能优于其他工程塑料

应用：飞机发动机部件、飞机内部结构部件等。；民用工业和军用插座、电子仪器和家用电器的一些高性能工作部件的高强度和尺寸稳定性；发动机活塞、连杆、调速齿轮等耐高温精密零件。它还适用于需要多次消毒的医疗器具和医疗器械的制造，以及一些需要在极低温度下与液氮接触的工作部件的制造

Polyimide, or PI for short, was the first special engineering plastic to emerge as a high temperature resistant, high strength plastic. It occupies an extremely important position among heat-resistant engineering plastics.

Material performance:

1、Excellent mechanical properties, high tensile strength, creep resistance, wear resistance is also very good;

2, excellent heat resistance, long-term use temperature are above 200 ℃. Low temperature resistance is also very outstanding, in -269 ℃ low temperature can also maintain the mechanical strength;

3, is a flame retardant polymer, burning smoke density is low, toxic gas content is small;

4, excellent radiation resistance, corona resistance is better than other engineering plastics.

Application: aircraft engine parts, aircraft internal structural parts, etc.; high strength and dimensional stability of civil industry and military sockets, electronic instruments and some high-performance working parts of household appliances; engine pistons, connecting rods, speed control gears and some other high temperature resistant precision parts.
