成型收缩率：1.2-3.0%

成型温度：170-200℃

干燥条件：80-90℃，2小时

成型特性。聚甲醛聚甲醛材料

1，结晶性材料，熔化范围窄，熔化和凝固速度快，材料温度略低于熔化温度会发生结晶。中等流动性。吸湿性小，不能干燥

2、摩擦系数低，弹性好，塑料件表面易产生皱纹表面缺陷

3、易分解，分解温度240度。分解时，会产生刺激性和腐蚀性气体。因此，模具钢应用于耐腐蚀材料系统

1, crystalline material, narrow melting range, melting and solidification fast, material temperature slightly lower than the melting temperature will occur crystallization. Medium fluidity. Small moisture absorption, can not be dried;

2、Low coefficient of friction, good elasticity, easy to produce wrinkle pattern surface defects on the surface of plastic parts;

3、Easy to decompose, the decomposition temperature is 240 degrees. When decomposing, there are irritating and corrosive gases occur. Therefore, the mould steel should be used for corrosion-resistant material system.

Application: to make wear-resistant parts, transmission parts, as well as chemical industry, instrumentation and other parts.
