5。成型工艺：先用PP（聚丙烯）清洗机器；成型温度为180-210℃

Non-toxic TPE rubber

TPE material has the following characteristics:

1. Superior hand feeling: high strength; high elasticity and high flexibility; fine, smooth and non-stick gray.

2. Excellent performance: UV resistance; aging resistance, acid and alkali resistance; fatigue resistance.

3. Easy processing: good fluidity; light weight is easy to color.

4. Green and environmental protection: in line with FDA (n-hexane); LFGB (olive oil) test standards.

5. Molding process: First clean the machine with PP (polypropylene); the molding temperature is 180-210℃.

6. Application areas: baby products; medical products; tableware; daily necessities; and other environmental protection.

7. Products that require food grade requirements. (Overmolding is possible with PP and PE overmolding).

8. Processing method: injection molding or extrusion molding.
