Product Details

PA46 plastic is a multi-purpose, glass-reinforced, flame-retardant grade material.Nylon 46 V0 gf30% PA46 pellets.

The excellent characteristics of PA46 make it have important advantages in reducing cost, extending service life and reliability. In terms of easy processing design, it has the same performance as high temperature resins such as LCP, PPS and PEEK.

Processability

A: Has easy processability and excellent flow properties.

B: It has excellent tensile strength and good thermal insulation properties.

C: Flame retardant, electroplatable, heat stabilized, heat resistant.

D: High stiffness retention properties while exhibiting good high temperature creep resistance.

E: Stiffness and creep modulus due to PPS, PEI and PES of the same degree of glass reinforcement.

F: It can be used for parts with thin wall parts up to 0.1mm without flash.

Injection molding process

1. Drying: Finished sealed paper bag: No pre-drying required.

Opened paper bags: must be placed in a drying bucket with a dehumidifier, and dried by exhaust air at a temperature of 120°C for 4 hours.
