多聚甲醛聚甲醛塑料材料根据其分子链中化学结构的不同，可分为均聚甲醛和共聚甲醛两种

两者的重要区别是：均聚物甲醛密度、结晶度、熔点较高，但热稳定性较差，加工温度范围较窄（约10℃），酸碱稳定性稍低；而共聚物甲醛密度、结晶度、熔点、强度较低，但热稳定性好，不易分解，加工温度范围宽（约50℃），酸碱稳定性较好。它是一种综合性能优异的工程塑料

POM塑料材料为白色粉末，一般不透明，着色好，比重1.41-1.43 g/cm3，成型收缩率1.2-3.0%，成型温度170-200℃，干燥条件80-90℃2h。POM的长期耐热性能不高，但短期内可达到160℃，其中均聚物POM的短期耐热性比共聚物POM高出10℃以上，但共聚物POM的长期耐热性比均聚物POM高10℃左右

Paraformaldehyde POM plastic materials according to the different chemical structures in its molecular chain, can be divided into two kinds of homopolymer formaldehyde and copolymer formaldehyde.

The important difference between the two is: homopolymer formaldehyde density, crystallinity, melting point are high, but poor thermal stability, processing temperature range is narrow (about 10 ℃), acid and base stability is slightly lower; and copolymer formaldehyde density, crystallinity, melting point, strength are lower, but good thermal stability, not easy to decompose, processing temperature range is wide (about 50 ℃), acid and base stability is better. It is an engineering plastic with excellent overall performance.

POM plastic material for white powder, generally opaque, good coloring, specific gravity 1.41-1.43 g / cm3, molding shrinkage 1.2-3.0%, molding temperature 170-200 ℃, drying conditions 80-90 ℃ 2 h. POM’s long-term heat resistance performance is not high, but short-term can reach 160 ℃, where the homopolymer POM short-term heat resistance than copolymer POM higher than 10 ℃ above, but long-term heat resistance copolymer POM instead than homopolymer POM about 10 ℃ higher.
