1，PEEK在所有工程塑料中，具有更好的耐水性和耐蒸汽性。PEEK聚合物及其复合产品（即使用玻璃纤维、碳纤维、石墨、PTFE和其他填料改性）可以抵抗水或高压蒸汽的化学损伤，可以在热水和高压蒸汽条件下连续使用，并且仍然可以保持良好的机械性能

2，PEEK良好的耐水解性使PEEK及其复合产品能够反复经受高温高压蒸汽灭菌，这是其他热塑性塑料无法长期承受的，因此在医疗器械等恶劣部位的成功应用

Product Details

1, PEEK in all engineering plastics, has a better resistance to water and steam resistance. PEEK polymer and its composite products (i.e., using glass fiber, carbon fiber, graphite, PTFE and other filler modification) can resist chemical damage from water or high-pressure steam, can be used continuously in hot water and high-pressure steam conditions, and can still maintain good mechanical properties.

2, PEEK good resistance to hydrolysis so that PEEK and its composite products can repeatedly withstand high temperature and high pressure steam sterilization, which is other thermoplastics can not withstand long-term, so in the field of medical devices and other harsh parts of the successful application.
