The application of glass fiber reinforced modified PP materials, especially long glass fiber reinforced PP (LGFPP) materials in automotive parts (such as in front-end modules, instrument panel skeletons, door modules, etc.) is one of the hot research topics for many years.

LGFPP products refer to the three-dimensional structure formed by injection molding and other processes containing glass fiber modified PP composites with lengths of 10 to 25 mm.

Long glass fiber reinforced polymers have higher strength, stiffness and toughness, as well as good dimensional stability and low warpage compared with short glass fiber reinforced polymers.
