Product Details
PA12 thermoplastic material, its properties are similar to PA11, but the crystal structure is different.
The relative density is small, only 1.02, the smallest B in the nylon range: low water absorption, good dimensional stability; excellent low temperature resistance, up to -70°C. Long-term use temperature of 80 ℃ (after heat treatment up to 90 ℃), in the oil can be in 100 ℃ under long-term work, inert gas can be long-term working temperature of 110 ℃.PA12 thermoplastic granules.
It has a good flowability. The shrinkage is between 0.5% and 2%, depending on the material variety, wall thickness and other process conditions.
