产品详细信息高刚性聚苯硫醚（PPS）是一种主链含有苯硫醚基团的热塑性树脂。聚苯硫醚是一种结晶聚合物。无应力纤维具有较大的非晶区（结晶度约为5%），结晶放热温度为125℃，玻璃化转变温度为150℃，熔点为281℃。在拉伸过程中，拉伸纤维产生部分结晶（高达30%）。拉伸纤维经130-230℃热处理，结晶度可提高到60-80%。因此，拉伸后没有明显的玻璃化转变或结晶放热现象，其熔点为284℃。随着拉伸热定型后结晶度的增加，纤维密度相应增加，从拉伸前的1.33g/cm3增加到拉伸后的1.34g/cm3，热处理后可达到1.38g/cm3。成型收缩率：0.7%，成型温度：300-330℃

Polyphenylene sulfide, known as polyphenylene sulfide, is a thermoplastic resin with phenylsulfide group in the main chain. Polyphenylene sulfide is a crystalline polymer. The unstressed fiber has a large amorphous region (crystallinity is about 5%), crystallization exothermic occurs at 125 ℃, the glass transition temperature is 150 ℃, and the melting point is 281 ℃. During the drawing process, the tensile fiber produces partial crystallization (up to 30%). If the tensile fiber is heat treated at 130-230 ℃, the crystallinity can be increased to 60-80%. Therefore, there is no obvious glass transition or crystallization exothermic phenomenon after drawing, and its melting point is 284 ℃. With the increase of crystallinity after drawing heat setting, the density of the fiber increases accordingly, from 1.33g/cm3 before drawing to 1.34g/cm3 after drawing, and it can reach 1.38g/cm3 after heat treatment. Molding shrinkage: 0.7%, molding temperature: 300-330 ℃.
