POM granule for gear

POM resin characteristics, good fatigue resistance, excellent creep resistance, outstanding wear resistance. Very good heat resistance and excellent moldability, excellent resistance to organic chemicals, and alkali resistance;

Long-term dimensional stability, excellent regeneration characteristics; can reduce costs; good fluidity, no mold fouling; good quality stability; can ensure stable performance of molded products. POM is the most outstanding resistance to organic solvents and oils among all engineering plastics. Especially under high temperature conditions, it has quite good corrosion resistance, and the size and mechanical strength change little.

Excellent electrical performance. The dielectric constant of POM is not affected by temperature and humidity.

POM is not acid resistant. Opaque, high relative density, high molding shrinkage, and low melting point.

Copolyoxymethylene short-term strength, modulus, elongation, heat distortion temperature, creep resistance, heat aging resistance, hot water resistance, etc. are better than homopolyoxymethylene, and the molding temperature range is also wider.
