聚苯硫醚（PPS）是一种高刚性的聚合物结晶聚合物，具有优异的性能、多功能性和优异的性能

1。优良的耐热性，其热偏转温度260℃以上，长期使用温度220-240℃。700℃空气中的降解。惰性气体在1000℃下仍保持40%的重量，短期耐热性和长期连续使用的热稳定性均优于目前所有的工程塑料

Product Details

Polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) is a highly rigid, polymeric crystalline polymer with excellent performance, versatility and outstanding performance.

1. Excellent heat resistance, its heat deflection temperature of more than 260 ℃, long-term use temperature of 220 -240 ℃. Degradation in air at 700 ℃. Inert gas at 1000 ℃ still maintain 40% of the weight, short-term heat resistance and long-term continuous use of thermal stability are better than all the current engineering plastics.

2. It is flame retardant, and its flame retardancy can reach UL94V-0 level. In the production of flame retardant products do not need to add any flame retardant, maintain the high mechanical properties of the material itself.

3. Good mechanical properties, its rigidity is very strong, high surface hardness, and has excellent creep resistance and fatigue resistance.

4. Excellent chemical resistance. At present, no solvent has been found to dissolve PPS below 200 ℃. Resistance to inorganic acids, alkalis and salts is also very strong.

5. Good dimensional stability, molding shrinkage is very small, low water absorption, linear coefficient of thermal expansion is small. It still shows good dimensional stability under high temperature or high humidity conditions. Therefore, it has a wide range of uses in various aspects such as machinery, chemical industry, instrumentation and aerospace.

6. Excellent electrical properties, even in high temperature, high humidity, high frequency conditions still have excellent electrical properties.

7. Outstanding wear resistance, by filling fluorine resin and carbon fiber and other lubricants, can greatly improve its wear resistance.

8. Resistant to amplitude, measuring 1 × 10^8 Gy, is unmatched by other engineering plastics, is an excellent material for electronic instruments, military, aerospace and other fields.

9. PPS resin melt viscosity is very low, good fluidity, very easy to contact with glass fiber wetting, and a variety of fillers are extremely easy to wet, with its preparation of glass fiber or inorganic filler-reinforced injection molding grade granules, with very high resistance to elongation, impact resistance, resistance to bending and ductility.

10. PPS to glass, aluminum, stainless steel, etc. very high bonding strength, the bonding strength of the glass is even greater than the cohesion of the glass due to good corrosion resistance and bonding properties, it is very easy to make the lining of Huagong equipment.

11. Due to the excellent corrosion resistance of PPS, it is not easy to bond, ultrasonic welding is its good bonding method.
