聚甲醛原料的性能特点:
1。POM是一种乳白色不透明结晶线性热塑性树脂,具有良好的综合性能和着色性、高弹性模量、高硬度和硬度,其比强度和比刚度接近金属

Performance characteristics of pom raw materials:
1. POM is a milky white opaque crystalline linear thermoplastic resin with good comprehensive properties and colorability, high elastic modulus, high rigidity and hardness, and its specific strength and specific rigidity are close to those of metals;
2. Excellent tensile strength, bending strength, creep resistance and fatigue resistance, repeated impact resistance, and excellent recovery from load;
3. Small friction coefficient, wear resistance, good dimensional stability, good surface gloss, high viscoelasticity, excellent electrical insulation, and not affected by temperature; good insulation resistance and not affected by humidity;
4. Excellent chemical resistance: in addition to strong acids, phenols and organic halides, it is stable to other chemicals and oil resistant; mechanical properties are less affected by temperature and have a high heat distortion temperature.
5. The disadvantage is that the flame retardancy is poor, it burns slowly in case of fire, and the oxygen index is small. Even if flame retardants are added, the requirements cannot be satisfied. In addition, the weather resistance is not ideal, and stabilizers should be added for outdoor applications.
6. Homopolyformaldehyde has high crystallinity, better mechanical strength, rigidity and thermal deformation temperature than copolyformaldehyde, low melting point of copolyformaldehyde, thermal stability, chemical resistance, flow characteristics, and processability are better than homopolyformaldehyde, new Products developed are ultra high flow (rapid prototyping), impact resistant and reduced mold deposit grades, as well as inorganic filled, enhanced grades.
7. The water absorption rate of POM raw materials is greater than 0.2%. It should be pre-dried before molding. The melting temperature of POM is similar to the decomposition temperature, and the moldability is poor. It can be used for injection molding, extrusion, blow molding, rotational molding, welding, bonding, film coating, etc. Printing, electroplating, machining, and injection molding are the most important processing methods. The molding shrinkage rate is large, and the mold temperature should be higher, or annealing treatment, or adding reinforcing materials (such as alkali-free glass fiber).
