PC is an amorphous polymer with a very high elastic modulus, and the thermal denaturation temperature is above 135 degrees, which is suitable for use in high temperature environments. Because there is no crystallization, the transparency of PC is very high, almost close to the level of glass.

However, PC is hydrophilic, so it needs to be dried before rotomolding. Generally, it needs to be dried for about 4 hours at 150°C.

Generally speaking, the rotational molding processing temperature of PC is between 360-370 ℃. Therefore, a higher performance rotomolding machine is needed to process PC materials.
