Properties:

PA66 is a translucent or opaque milky white crystalline polymer with plasticity. Density 1.15g/cm3. Melting point 252℃. Embrittlement temperature -30℃. Thermal decomposition temperature is more than 350℃. Continuous heat resistance 80-120℃, equilibrium water absorption rate 2.5%. Resistant to acids, alkalis, most inorganic salt solutions, halogenated alkanes, hydrocarbons, esters, ketones and other corrosion, but soluble in phenol, formic acid and other polar solvents. It has excellent abrasion resistance, self-lubrication, and high mechanical strength. However, the water absorption is large, and thus the dimensional stability is poor.
