加工技术:PBT结晶速度快,最适合注塑加工,其他方法有挤出、吹塑、涂布和各种二次加工
材料加工参考:
(1)干燥:材料在高温下容易水解,因此加工前干燥很重要。建议在空气中干燥条件为120℃、6~8小时或150℃、2~4小时。湿度必须小于0.03%。如果使用吸湿干燥器,建议条件为150℃,2.5小时(2)模具温度:非增强材料为40~60℃。模具冷却通道应设计良好,以减少弯曲。热量必须迅速而均匀地散失。建议模具冷却腔直径为12mm
(3)注射压力:中等(高达1500bar)
(4)输液速度:输液速度应尽可能快(因为PBT固化很快)(5)转轮和闸门:建议使用圆形转轮来增加压力传递

Glass fiber PBT GF30 V0
Polybutylene terephthalate, also known as Polybutylene Terephthalate (PBT), belongs to polyester series. It is an opalescent translucent to opaque, crystallized thermoplastic polyester resin manufactured by 1.4-PBT Butylene glycol (PBT) and polycondensation of PTA or DMT. Together with PET, it is called thermoplastic polyester, or saturated polyester.
Processing technology: PBT crystallization speed, the most suitable processing method for injection, other methods are extrusion, blow molding, coating and a variety of secondary processing.
Material processing reference:
(1) Drying: The material hydrolyzes easily at high temperatures, so drying before processing is important. The recommended drying conditions in the air are 120℃, 6~8 hours, or 150℃, 2~4 hours. Humidity must be less than 0.03%. If using hygroscopic dryer, the recommended condition is 150℃, 2.5 hours;
(2) Mold temperature: 40~60℃ for unenhanced materials. Mold cooling channels should be well designed to reduce bending. Heat must be dissipated quickly and evenly. It is suggested that the diameter of mold cooling cavity should be 12mm;
(3) Injection pressure: medium (up to 1500bar);
(4) Infusion speed: The infusion speed should be as fast as possible (because PBT solidifies quickly);
(5) Runner and gate: Circular runner is recommended to increase pressure transmission.
