1。PC具有良好的透明性，透光率达到95%，透明材料的耐热性优于PCMA（142℃）
2。PC具有良好的耐低温性能，可在-110℃~150℃下长期使用
3。PC优异的抗冲击性、抗蠕变性和尺寸稳定性
4。PC在宽温度（-100～140℃）和宽频率（62～106Hz）下具有良好的电气绝缘性
5。良好的加工性能（注射、挤压、吹塑、流涎、压制等）。PC分子链以刚性为主，分子间作用力强，分子链的缠结不易释放，大分子难以定向，定向后不易恢复，结晶困难，聚合物处于非晶态，残余应力难以自行消除。容易形成内应力开裂，但不是脆塑性开裂

The performance characteristics of optical grade PC with high light transmittance,

1. PC has good transparency, the light transmittance reaches 95%, and the transparent material with better heat resistance than PCMA (142℃);
2. The PC has good low temperature resistance, and can be used for a long time at -110 ℃ ~ 150 ℃;
3. The outstanding impact resistance, creep resistance and dimensional stability of PC;
4. The PC has good electrical insulation under wide temperature (-100～140 ℃) and wide frequency (62～106Hz);
5. Good processability (injection, extrusion, blowing, salivation, pressing, etc.). The PC molecular chain is mainly rigid, the intermolecular force is strong, the entanglement of the molecular chain is not easy to release, the macromolecule is difficult to orient and it is not easy to recover after orientation, the crystallization is difficult, the polymer is in an amorphous state, and the residual stress is difficult to relieve itself. It is easy to form internal stress cracking, but it is not brittle plastic.
