聚甲醛

合成树脂之一，也称为聚甲醛树脂、聚甲醛塑料、钢材等。；它是一种白色或黑色的塑料颗粒，具有高硬度、高硬度和高耐磨性。主要用于齿轮、轴承、汽车零部件、机床、仪表内件等起骨架作用的产品

物理性能（1）聚甲醛是一种结晶塑料，密度为1.42g/cm3。它的刚性很好，俗称“赛岗”。强度高，刚度大，弹性好，耐磨性好。其力学性能优良，比强度可达50.5MPa，比刚度可达2650MPa，与金属材料非常接近

（2）具有优良的抗疲劳、抗蠕变、耐磨、耐热、抗冲击等性能，摩擦系数小，自润滑性好

（3）不易吸湿，吸水率为0.22-0.25%，在潮湿环境下尺寸稳定性好，收缩率为2.1%（较大），注塑时尺寸难以控制，热变形温度为172℃。聚甲醛有两种类型，均聚甲醛和共聚甲醛。两者之间的重要区别在于：均聚甲醛具有高密度、结晶度和熔点，但热稳定性差，加工温度范围窄（约10°C），且对酸和碱稳定。房产价格略低；虽然共聚甲醛的密度、结晶度、熔点和强度较低，但热稳定性好，不易分解，加工温度范围宽（约50°C），对酸和碱稳定

（4）良好的电气绝缘，几乎不受温度和湿度的影响

POM

One of the synthetic resins, also known as polyoxymethylene resin, POM plastic, steel material, etc.; it is a kind of white or black plastic particles with high hardness, high rigidity and high wear resistance. Mainly used for gears, bearings, auto parts, machine tools, instrument internals and other products that play a role of skeleton.

The specific gravity is 1.41-1.43 g/cm3, the molding shrinkage rate is 1.2-3.0%, the molding temperature is 170-200°C, and the drying condition is 80-90°C for 2 hours.

physical properties

(1) POM is a crystalline plastic with a density of 1.42g/cm3. Its rigidity is very good, commonly known as “Saigang”. High strength, stiffness, good elasticity, and good wear resistance. Its mechanical properties are excellent, the specific strength can reach 50.5MPa, and the specific stiffness can reach 2650MPa, which is very close to metal;

(2) It has excellent properties such as fatigue resistance, creep resistance, wear resistance, heat resistance and impact resistance, and has a small friction coefficient and good self-lubrication;

(3) It is not easy to absorb moisture, the water absorption rate is 0.22-0.25%, the dimensional stability is good in a humid environment, the shrinkage rate is 2.1% (larger), the size is difficult to control during injection molding, and the thermal deformation temperature is 172 ℃. There are two types of polyoxymethylene, homopolyoxymethylene and copolyoxymethylene. The important difference between the two is: homopolyoxymethylene has high density, crystallinity and melting point, but has poor thermal stability, narrow processing temperature range (about 10 °C), and is stable to acid and alkali. The property is slightly lower; while the density, crystallinity, melting point, and strength of copolyformaldehyde are low, but it has good thermal stability, is not easy to decompose, has a wide processing temperature range (about 50 ° C), and is stable to acid and alkali.

(4) Good electrical insulation, almost not affected by temperature and humidity;

(5) It is not resistant to strong alkali and oxidant, and has certain stability to alkenoic acid and weak acid. POM has good solvent resistance, can resist hydrocarbons, alcohols, aldehydes, ethers, gasoline, lubricating oil and weak bases, etc., and can maintain considerable chemical stability at high temperatures.
