材料性能：高冲击强度、良好的尺寸稳定性、无色透明、良好的着色、良好的电气绝缘，耐腐蚀、耐磨，但自润滑性差，易发生应力开裂，高温易水解，与其他树脂相容性差

成型特性

1。无定形材料，热稳定性好，成型温度范围宽，流动性差。吸湿性低，但对水敏感，必须干燥。收缩率小，易发生熔体开裂和应力集中，因此应严格控制成型条件，并对塑料件进行退火处理

2，熔融温度高，粘度大，大于200g的塑料件应加热延长喷嘴

冷却速度快，模具浇注系统以粗、短为原则，应设置好冷料，浇口应取大，模具应加热

4，材料温度过低会导致材料不足，塑料件无光泽，材料温度过高易溢边，塑料件起泡。当模具温度较低时，收缩率、伸长率和冲击强度较高，而弯曲、压缩和拉伸强度较低。当模具温度超过120°C时，模制零件冷却缓慢，容易变形并粘附在模具上

Product Details

Basic properties:

Specific gravity: 1.18-1.20g/cm³

Molding shrinkage: 0.5-0.8%

Molding temperature: 230-320°C

Drying conditions: 110-120°C, 8 hours

Material properties: high impact strength, good dimensional stability, colourless and transparent, good colouring, good electrical insulation, corrosion resistance and abrasion resistance, but poor self-lubrication, tendency to stress cracking, easy hydrolysis at high temperature, poor compatibility with other resins.

Molding characteristics

1. Amorphous material, good thermal stability, wide range of moulding temperature, poor fluidity. Low moisture absorption, but sensitive to water and must be dried. Small shrinkage, prone to melt cracking and stress concentration, so the molding conditions should be strictly controlled, and the plastic parts should be annealed;

2, high melting temperature, high viscosity, greater than 200g plastic parts should be heated extension nozzle;

3、Fast cooling speed, mould pouring system to coarse, short for the principle, should be set up cold material well, gate should be taken large, mould should be heated;

4, the material temperature is too low will cause lack of material, plastic parts without lustre, the material temperature is too high easy to overflow edge, plastic parts blistering. When the mould temperature is low, the shrinkage, elongation and impact strength are high, while the bending, compression and tensile strength are low. When the mould temperature exceeds 120°C, the moulded part cools slowly and is easily deformed and sticks to the mould.

Scope of application: small parts for instruments, insulating and transparent parts and impact resistant parts.
